TAI TAPU SCHOOL PLANT STALL & RAFFLE

Our wonderful Plant Stall situated at one of the gardens will be selling a wide range of: roses, ferns, seedlings, trees, natives and more. Cash only.
A raffle will be also be on offer with awesome prizes including a return trip for two on the
Tranz Alpine, a night's accommodation in Tai Tapu, Rossendale Wine, Barrys Bay
cheese vouchers, a Gebbie's Garden Cafe voucher and a family pass to Quail Island!

Mention you are part of the tour and The Raspberry Cafe will donate $5 of every

Pre order a delicious lunch box created by The Store @ Tai Tapu. This includes
a club sandwich, savoury muffin, a bliss ball, fruit and a sweet treat. Eat this at
your leisure, or at Garden Four whilst listening to live music on the lawn.
These can be ordered from our Eventfinda tickets page and can be collected
when you pick up your garden map from Tai Tapu School.
The Bicycle Thief: We are thrilled that The Bicycle Thief has reopened at 136
Old Tai Tapu Rd.
On the day of the Tai Tapu Garden tour they are offering an all day special:
Any pizza $15 or any pizza and Italian soda $20
The Bicycle Thief will kindly donate $2 from each pizza sold to Tai Tapu School.
When ordering please mention that you are on the tour.
Their delicious, handcrafted food can be enjoyed at the restaurant, or as a
take-away to enjoy on the lawn at Garden Four - wood-fired pizza, pasta, salads,
fresh baking and coffee!
The Tap: The Tai Tapu Hotel menu offers sharing platters, bar snacks, traditional burgers and fish & chips through to a full menu of delicious items.


FOR LOVERS OF FINE AUTOMOBILES
While enjoying the gorgeous gardens, take some time to admire the display of classic Jaguar cars that will be on display at one of our gardens, courtesy of the Jaguar Drivers' Club of Christchurch.
TAI TAPU CHURCH AND LIBRARY
Visit the historic local church and library. Sir Heaton Rhodes built the church as a memorial to his wife. The library was completed in 1932 and was designed by Cecil Woods and is a category 1 historic building. It has recently been reopened after extensive repairs following damage from the earthquake.
